Introducing Sunflower's Kittens!

Today our kittens turn three weeks old! It's time to introduce them to the world in all their cuteness!

Our biggest kitten is Holly, a little fuzzy grey tabby. She (we think it's a she, not 100% sure yet) is one of the braver kittens. She loves tummy rubs and likes to go exploring to the very edge of your lap! Here she is chilling in my lap like a champ. It's not a very good quality picture but I thought it showed her sweet calm face.

Our next biggest is Chestnut. He's a sweet short-haired grey tuxedo cat with white paws and one grey toe (SO CUTE). He's got a round tummy and the tiniest little white tip on his grey tail. He's going to be a cutie! Chestnut also has the faintest tabby stripes showing through his grey. All of these kittens have a hint of tabby to them, which is just the sweetest.

The middle child is Dandelion, who is a black tuxie! He has the sweetest face that I seriously have fallen for because he looks a bit like my Junebug. It's the black face with white whiskers that gets me. He also has a white bib and paws. He also goes by Mr. Bibs. :-)

The second smallest is called Buttercup and has also captured many hearts. She's (again that's a guess) got a very striking face and fuzz head. Like her tabby sibling, she is one of the more confident and interactive kittens so far.

And lastly, our littlest kitten, Poppy! She (not sure about her sex either) is all black, but does have faint tabby stripes like her brothers and little white hairs around her legs and chin. She has such a little teeny fluffy face! She also has different textured fur to the others. They are fluffy and soft while she is more sleek and silky.

Well there they are! All of the kittens, along with Sunflower, are doing well in their foster home. Sunflower isn't showing any sign she wants to convert from feral to house cat, but she is putting up with it for now. Once the kittens are weaned in a few weeks, I'll get her fixed up and return her to the colony where she will be happier.

They will be well socialized and not at all feral thanks to the lucky trapping timing and the early handling they are getting at their foster home. They are so precious and they deserve the best forever homes!
